Scaffold Inspection training is a legal requirement for those who need to carry out statutory inspections of working platforms under the Work at Height Regulations 2005. It is also essential for those managing scaffolding works on site, or providing shared access for various trades.
After a concise overview of the Work at Height Regulations 2005, the Scaffold Inspection course will cover the technical requirements of BSEN 12811-1.
Delegates will gain the knowledge to be able to inspect a basic scaffold, as defined by new industry guidance TG20:13, and produce a report with their findings.
The training will also include information on scaffolding competency and safe erection techniques.
Delegates will be provided with a copy of the TG20:13 User Guide.
