Construction Safety

This course is aimed specifically at any workers who may have to rescue a fallen colleague with use of a “GOTCHA Rescue Kit” (The original pre-assembled rescue kit widely used within industry).

A pre requisite of this training is completion of a Safety Harness Training module or suitable equivalent.

  • Basic Training 1 Day/Refresher Training 0.50 Day
  • Introduction to the Gotcha Rescue Kit
  • Hazard Identification
  • Suitable and Sufficient Anchorages
  • Remote Attachment to a fallen Casualty
  • Correct Operation of the Rescue Kit
  • Casualty Care and First Aid Guidance
  • Maintenance, Storage and Inspection Requirements of GOTCHA Rescue Equipment
